Among his portfolio of clients are companies in the logistics and transport industry, manufacturing and trading concerns, and property development and constructions. Before he became a practicing public accountant, he was engaged as a group accountant by a group of companies of which was then listed to the main board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange. He is also an approved company secretary from Companies Commission of Malaysia. Mr. Ng Kok Chuan holds a degree in Bachelor of Art (Hons.) Accounting & Finance from Staffordshire University, United Kingdom. Mr. Ng Kok Chuan is a Chartered Accountant and member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). He is also a member of the Asean Chartered Professional Accountant (Asean CPA) and Associate Member of Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM). |

Accounting & Finance from Staffordshire University, United Kingdom. Ms. Tan Siew Li is a Chartered Accountant and member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
